Modelleria Piva was founded in 1961 by Ennio Piva as a laboratory for the construction of wooden models for foundries.

The founder’s technical and human skills quickly built a company recognized for its reliability and flexibility.

These, and a great sensitivity towards innovations, allowed Modelleria Piva to become in a few years a leading actor in the construction of thermoforming and foaming moulds for the household appliances.

The founder’s legacy was collected by his sons who set new goals for the company, aimed at a high specialization in the sector and an increasingly close collaboration with major national and international groups specialised in household appliances.
